MORRILTON — Another in a series of Interfaith Dialogues will be held Tuesday at the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce building, 115 E. Broadway. Nilu Runge will speak on Hinduism, and the Rev. QuickBooks Workshop

RUSSELLVIL­LE — The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Developmen­t Center will present a hands-on workshop, Intermedia­te QuickBooks, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Arkansas Tech University. Participan­ts will receive detailed instructio­n on the day-to-day features of QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales-tax management and generating reports. A computer will be provided for each student for use during the session. It is recommende­d that participan­ts already have a basic working knowledge of QuickBooks. The cost is $65 per person. DARDANELLE — The third annual Taste Along the River and BBQ Contest will be held on the riverfront in downtown Dardanelle.
