For more than 42 years, Zellner’s Appliance and TV in Conway has provided its customers with friendly hometown sales and service.

“We hope our customers will continue to have confidence and trust in us,” said Bill Zellner, owner. “We realize that without our customers, we would not be here.”

Bill and his wife, Judy, said their top priority is to satisfy their customers.

“We feel we have more to offer than our competition,” Bill said. “We are members of the largest buying group nationwide, and we will be here when they have questions.”

The shop’s in-store service department has more than 30 years of experience keeping its customers’ appliances and TVs running properly.

If customers have questions about their purchases, they can depend on Zellner’s experienced service staff. The shop offers service for products sold in the store and customers can make a call directly to the store instead of using an 800 number. Most service calls are made the same day they are received at the store.

Zellner’s Appliance and TV offers well-known brands such as Toshiba, LG, Sharp, Mitsubishi, Whirlpool and KitchenAid. The store also offers competitive pricing, financing and delivery on the same or next day, in most cases.

“We will get you your purchase in a timely manner,” he said.

Bill added that the he and his wife want all their customers to be well-informed and well-served when they visit Zellner’s Appliance and TV so they can be sure they will enjoy their new purchase for years to come.

The store is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
