SOUTHRIDGE VILLAGE

High-quality care with the amenities of home

-

Southridge Village is a Level II assisted-living facility that specializes in providing a homelike community for senior citizens.

“We allow people to age in place, and we try to make it as much like home as we can,” said Ashley Blankenship, vice president of operations at Southridge Village.

With three locations — Conway, Cabot and Heber Springs — Southridge Village may serve up to 249 senior residents.

Southridge offers all of the comforts of everyday life in one convenient place, including private apartments, full meal service, housekeeping and laundry services, transportation to outside activities and appointments, a beauty parlor and church services.

For entertainment, residents may choose to participate in art classes, pet therapy, visits to the theater, exercise classes and many more activities to keep them young at heart.

Blankenship said that at Southridge, the residents and their families come first. High-quality health care also is a top priority at Southridge. “We have two specialty wings: one for our residents who are in need of a secure wing, and one for more medical and care assistance,” Blankenship said.

The facility also offers medication assistance, incontinent care, periodic room checks and a 24-hour pendant alarm system.

“We all want what is best for our loved ones, and at Southridge Village, we care for our residents like a member of our own family,” Blankenship said.

Southridge Village is not just any other assisted-living facility. “Sleep when you like, eat when you like, and play when you like — no set routines to follow. This is our residents’ home, and we want them to enjoy life as they would in their private home,” Blankenship said.
