-

Greenbrier Ready Mix, established in 2005, serves Greenbrier and Faulkner County with quality service and products. The business offers a full range of concrete to fit customers’ needs, whether it’s for small projects or ones that cover hundreds of yards.

Greenbrier Ready Mix is family-owned and -operated by Larry Johnson and his sons, Cody and Rusty. Larry has been in the brick and foundation business since he was 21 and has more than 38 years of experience.

The Johnsons work to provide their customers with the service and quality concrete needed to pave the way for a great business relationship.

“We want to serve our friends in Greenbrier and Faulkner County like they’re customers with names and not just a number,” Larry Johnson said. “We treat you with respect and do our best to accommodate you with your schedule and concrete needs.”

Johnson said that he and his team, which includes between five and 10 employees, work from daylight to “dark-thirty” moving concrete from the company’s location on U.S. 65 to job sites. Each driver has a commercial driver’s license and experience operating a 70,000-pound concrete truck.

Johnson added that he feels blessed to be able to be a “mom-and-pop” concrete shop with high values and morals. “We have made friendships beyond what we thought was possible,” he said.
