With five bedrooms, four baths and spacious, open living areas, this west Conway home is just the thing for a growing family. The brick and stone home rests on a generous 0.53-acre lot, so there’s plenty of space for outdoor living.

Quality custom details begin outside with a stone mailbox, appealing landscaping and a French balcony. Arched double doors open to the tiled foyer, which is lit by an empire pendant. Floored in attractive wood-laminate with the look of hand-scraped planks, the formal dining space is set apart by an architectural column. An arched window and a multi-tier chandelier add elegance.

An arched opening, accented with architectural columns, leads to the carpeted great room. A built-in bookcases offers space for storage and display, and the gas-log fireplace is finished with a marble surround and a painted mantelpiece.

Set apart from the great room by a breakfast bar, the tiled kitchen is fitted with glazed custom cabinetry, an island with a prep sink, granite counters, tile backsplashes, a convection oven, a microwave, a smooth-surface electric cooktop, a dishwasher and more. The island is lit by a double pendant fixture that coordinates with the pendants above the breakfast bar and with the chandelier in the breakfast area. A large window brings in natural light, and the space opens to the back porch.

Positioned apart for privacy, the main-level master bedroom is carpeted and has a double tray ceiling, a bay window sitting area and private access to the back porch. The tiled bath offers a double vanity, a private water closet, a jetted soaking tub, a tiled shower and a walk-in closet with a built-in chest-of-drawers.

There are three additional main-level bedrooms. One is positioned apart and has built-in bookshelves. Next door is the guest bath, which has a tile floor, a pedestal sink and a shower. The other two bedrooms share a tiled walk-through bath with a double vanity and a tub/ shower combination.

Upstairs is a private haven with a large bedroom that has two closets and opens to the French balcony. Just off the bedroom is a raised study space with a built-in desk, along with a private sitting room and a tiled bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The area could easily be used as a game or media room, if desired.

The tiled laundry room has a sink and built-in cabinets for added convenience. Other amenities of the home include ceiling fans, built-ins, a security system, a three-car garage and more.
