Neighborhood’s second phase now open
For more than 20 years, the neighborhoods of Chenal Valley have enticed buyers and provided a natural setting for countless residents. The area encompasses 4,800 acres in west Little Rock and includes more than 30 neighborhoods, with more in the planning stages. A large portion of the land is set aside as greenspace, creating a peaceful setting.
Miramar Place, one of Chenal Valley’s newest areas, is experiencing continued success. After breaking ground late last year, all 20 lots of Phase I have been sold. Home sites are now available in Phase II of the neighborhood, which is located just off Chenal Valley Drive.
The neighborhoods of Chenal Valley are served by three community parks and swimming pools, providing cool comfort and family fun. Fourteen of Chenal Valley’s neighborhoods border two championship golf courses, which are part of Chenal Country Club. Both the Founders Course and the Bear Den Course incorporate the natural beauty of the woodlands.
