CAMDEN — Gianna and Ronnie Lyon of Camden recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a luncheon. The couple were married April 19, 1965. She is the former Gianna Minozzi. He is a retired administrative assistant to the mayor of Camden. They are the parents of Matthew Lyon of Little Rock.

AUSTIN — Duffie and Kenneth Gibson will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. May 31 at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. The couple were married June 3, 1965. She is the former Duffie Hicks and retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He is retired from Weyerhaeuser. They are the parents of Jeff Gibson of Cabot and Stacy Morris of Austin. The couple have four grandchildren.

Ruby and Billy Wortham of Sherwood celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary by taking a cruise with their children. The couple were married May 9, 1965. He is retired from ABF Trucking. They are the parents of Robert J. Wortham of North Little Rock and Kimberly “Fawn” Sachleben of Edmond, Okla. The couple have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Marilyn and Thad Ostrowski of Little Rock will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary May 31 by renewing their vows at St. Edward’s Catholic Church followed by a family gathering. The couple were married May 27, 1950. She is a retired administrative assistant and he is retired from self-employment. They are the parents of Diane Border of Tontitown; Debbie Hawkins of Augusta, Ga.; Steve Ostrowski of Conway; and Paul Ostrowski of Washington. The couple have eight grandchildren.

Sue and Buddy Hankins of Little Rock have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married May 23, 1965. She is the former Sue Hewitt and a retired teacher’s aide and beautician. He is retired from Cotton Belt Railroad. They are the parents of Jeff Hankins of Little Rock and Brent Hankins of Pearland, Texas. The couple have four grandchildren.
