The Bats and the Bees

POWHATAN — Lake Charles State Park, 3705 Arkansas 25, will present the Bats and the Bees from 3-3:45 p.m. at the Nature Center. Bats and honey bees are an invaluable resource to Arkansans. Participants will discover the vast potential impacts of losing these animals on the ecosystem, economy and residents’ everyday lives, as well as finding out ways to aid in their continued survival.
