-

Little Rock police are investigating after an ice cream shop was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday.

Officers responded about 10: 09 p. m. to Baskin- Robbins at 10102 N. Rodney Parham Road. Employees said they were closing the business when a man walked inside and said he didn’t want any problems, according to a police report. The man then pulled out a small, gray handgun and demanded money. He forced an employee to fill a bag with about $ 200 cash and then fled.

No injuries were reported.

Officers searched the area but made no arrests.

The robber is described as black, 6 feet tall and weighing 130 pounds. He wore a yellow glove on one hand, a pink glove on the other, a black hoodie, black sweat pants, and a mask described as nylon or mesh.

Police said one employee recognized the robber from a previous holdup at the business. The Baskin- Robbins was reportedly robbed the evening of June 26 by a man with a small, gray handgun who wore a black hoodie and gloves.

No arrests had been made Thursday in either holdup.
