Beazer Homes USA Inc., the Atlanta- based homebuilde­r, a profi t of $ 5.8 million, or 18 cents a share, from $ 12.1 million, or 38 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $ 459.9 million. Shares rose 31 cents to $ 9.52.

Bristol- Myers Squibb Co.,

the drugmaker, a profi t of $ 1.17 billion, or 69 cents a share, from a loss of $ 130 million, or 8 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue rose 17 percent to $ 4.87 billion. Shares fell $ 1.85 to $ 74.62.

ConocoPhil­lips, the Houstonbas­ed oil company, a loss of $ 1.07 billion, or 86 cents, from a loss of $ 179 million, or 15 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $ 5.58 billion. Shares rose 19 cents to $ 40.26.

GNC Holdings Inc., the nutritiona­l supplement retailer, a profi t of $ 64 million, or 94 cents a share, from $ 67.4 million, or 79 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue totaled $ 673.2 million. Shares fell $ 6.95 to $ 20.28.

MasterCard Inc., the processor of debit and credit card payments, a profi t of $ 983 million, or 89 cents a share, from $ 921 million, or 81 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was $ 2.69 billion. Shares rose $ 2.25 to $ 96.
