Henderson State women lead

Henderson State’s women’s team holds a nine-shot lead after Monday’s first round of the Henderson State Women’s Golf Invitational at the Hot Springs Country Club.

The Reddies turned in a 306 and lead Southwestern Oklahoma State (315). Arkansas-Monticello (317) is third. Harding (344) is fourth followed by Southern Arkansas (350) and Seminole State College.

Individually, Taylor Loeb leads with a 74. Sarah Wright is third with a 76. Hanna Brauberger is fifth with a 77 and Luisa Gartmann is tied for seventh with a 79. Harding’s Zhane Mayo is tied for 10th with an 80.

The final round is today.
