UCA men third in Georgia

Central Arkansas’ men’s team is three shots behind after opening two rounds of the Pinetree Intercollegiate at Kennesaw, Ga.

The Bears shot a 583 (295-288) and trail Iowa State (580) and Kennesaw State (582). Arkansas State is fourth at 589 (301-289).

Individually, Arkansas State’s Tanner Napier is tied for second with a 140 (73-67).Central Arkansas’ Lewis George (72-72) and Arkansas State’s Andrew Huseman (73-71) shot a 144 and is tied for fifth overall. The final round is set for today.
