ArkConsas, a fan-based fantasy convention — “primarily anthropomo­rphic convention first but we want to include Bronies, anime and cosplayers,” according to organizers — Friday-Sunday at Embassy Suites, 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock. Fairy tales is the theme for the inaugural convention, which will feature panel discussion­s, contests, music, dances and a bazaar. “The Watercolor Series of Kuhl
