ANNA BRUNELL ABLONDI, 96, of Little Rock, formerly of Greenbrier, went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 17, 2017 in Little Rock. She was born Wednesday, January 19, 1921 in Greenbrier to the late Erskin Roger Milam and the late Bula Mae Carmichael Milam.

Mrs. Ablondi was a loving mother, grandmothe­r, great- grandmothe­r and aunt. She last attended First Baptist Church of Greenbrier and loved gardening.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aldo Ablondi; two brothers, Elwood Milam and Edward Milam; and a sister, Ezelle Matthews.

She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Leslie Ablondi and Darrell Butler both of Little Rock; a daughter, Janette Renfro of Bigelow; grandchild­ren, Alicia Ablondi, Aaron Ablondi and Bill Ablondi; great- grandchild­ren, Autumn Ricker, David Ricker, Luke Ablondi and Elizabeth Ablondi; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be 2 p. m., Friday, February 24, 2017 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wooster. Interment will follow under the direction of Roller- McNutt Funeral Home of Conway.

––––– – –––– SHEREE LENEEN HOWARD of Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 32 she lost her battle with Sickle Cell Anemia and departed this life on February 20, 2017. Sheree was preceded in death by her maternal grandparen­ts, Robert and Easter Jean Brown; and brother, Derrick Young.

She is preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers, and four sisters. She is survived by the love of her life, Bobby Kyzer; brothers Buddy Reaves and Alvin Reaves; sisters Dorothy Milam and Rachel Proctor; daughter Becky Scott ( Elbert); sons Jeffery Williams ( Taylor) and Chris Rice ( Stephanie); chosen daughter Judy Willis; grandchild­ren Bert Scott ( Tina), Nick Scott, Amanda Gatter ( Matt), Jeremy Carr ( Sarah), and Brianna Rice; great- grandchild­ren Abigaile Scott, Colin Gatter, Jordan Gatter, Anna Gatter, and Isaac Carr.

As much as she loved and gave to her babies, her love and kindness was felt by numerous other family members and friends. He was born May 25, 1940 in Howell, Ark., to the late Kathryn and Alva Lee Pomtree. He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers James Edward and Russell Lee Pomtree.

For most of his adult life Robert was in sales operating and owning a small filtration and pump business for 25 years.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Marcia DeJoy Pomtree; one son Anthony Pomtree ( Mindy) of Bryant, Ark.; one daughter Robin Eld ( Ken) of St. Thomas, Va.; three grandchild­ren, grandsons David Michael Eld ( 33) and Austin Samuel Pomtree ( six), and granddaugh­ter Sydney Reese Pomtree ( nine); one brother Hershal Pomtree ( Rita) of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister Marie Pomtree of Little Rock, Ark.; one sister- in- law Ernestine Pomtree of Augusta, Ark.; and several nieces and nephews. Robert was blessed in life with love, respect, and friendship. He was a man with a big heart and generous to a fault. He will be greatly missed.
