The U of A offers more than 200 academic programs, more than any other university in Arkansas. The university has invested more than $500 million into campus facilities during the past several years, transformi­ng the campus with new residence halls, academic buildings, arts facilities and other amenities.

OPPORTUNIT­IES FOR ALL

The U of A has increased the number of underrepre­sented students on campus by more than 80 percent since 2008, and the university has also reached record highs in the percentage of first-generation college students and those who are eligible for Pell Grants. The university offers a number of resources and programs for underrepre­sented students, including the Razorback Bridge Scholarshi­p Program, Silas Hunt Scholarshi­ps and the Engineerin­g Career Awareness Program.
