CEDAR CREEK LOG FURNITURE

Greenbrier business caters to rustic lifestyle

-

For anyone looking to outfit a cabin or rustic home, one store is a one-stop shop for log and rustic furniture.

Cedar Creek Log Furniture, which has locations in Greenbrier and Mountain View, was opened in 2010 by Anita and Tommy White. They opened the Greenbrier location first because they owned a log home and had difficulty finding appropriate furniture and decor.

“We had to search quite a bit to find the pieces we wanted for our house,” Anita said. “We found good, quality builders that we were able to buy from and continue to buy from to sell to our customers now.”

The business has been successful for the couple. When the store first opened, it had only a 3,500-square-foot showroom. The Greenbrier store now has 10,000 square feet, and the Whites opened the location in Mountain View in 2013.

Cedar Creek offers American-made furniture and decor — all constructed of high- quality materials and solid wood — for any room in the home.

The store sells log furniture, including tables, chairs, beds, coffee tables, dressers and more. Cedar Creek also carries reclaimed barn-wood furniture that is made to last for generations.

Customers can find unique decorative items, including artwork, rugs, taxidermy and much more. The store even offers kitchen cabinets. Cedar Creek also has financing and layaway options.

Cedar Creek is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
