Bill and his wife, Judy, said their top priority is to satisfy their customers.

“We feel we have more to offer than our competition,” Bill said. “We are members of the largest buying group nationwide, and we will be here when [customers] have questions.”

The shop’s service department has more than 31 years of experience in keeping customers’ appliances and TVs running properly.

If customers have questions about their purchases, they can depend on the store’s experienced service staff. The shop services its products, and customers can call the store directly instead of calling an 800 number. Most service calls are made the same day they are requested.

Zellner’s Appliance and TV offers well-known brands such as LG, Sharp, Philips, Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana and KitchenAid. The store offers competitive pricing and financing, as well as delivery on the same or next day in most cases, Bill said.

“We will get you your purchase in a timely manner,” he said. Bill said he and his wife want all their customers to be well-informed and well-served when they visit Zellner’s so they will enjoy their new purchases for years to come.

The store is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
