Arkansas Children’s Hospital has named Michael Howard chief nursing officer
for Arkansas Children’s Northwest. He will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operations of nursing/patient care services at the hospital.

James T. “J.T.” Ferstl has been named to the Real Estate Industry Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Ferstl is the president of Ferstl Valuation Services in Little Rock, a real estate valuation and consultation firm operating throughout Arkansas and the region.
