Arkansas State University-Beebe at the Little Rock Air Force base has college courses in Jacksonville for the convenience of community and military students. ASUB at the LRAFB has the largest class schedule among the six universities in the University Center. The eight-week coursework allows flexibility of a student’s schedule and helps accelerate his or her degree plan. Additionally, the College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) test center has been recognized as among the top 25 in the nation. ASUB also offers Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Educational Support (DANTES) and testing for military and civilian students. ASUB at LRAFB is at the Jacksonville-Little Rock AFB University Center off U.S. 67/167 at the Little Rock Air Force Base exit. The center is open to the public, and classes are available for military personnel and community members alike.
