The Page of Presidents was an advertisin­g contest published in the Arkansas Gazette May 16, 1917. Each of the 27 U.S. presidents to that date was sponsored by a Little Rock business. Each sponsor’s ad block included at least one misspelled word — and sometimes other unintended goofs, too. Can you spot the intentiona­lly misspelled words?

W.H. HARRISON.

Born February 9, 1773, Berkley, Va. President at age 65; served from March 4, 1841, to April 4, 1841, 30 days; served the shortest time of any president. Died in White House, age 65. Buried in North Bend, Ohio.

JOHN TYLER.

Born March 29, 1790, Charles City, Va. President age 51; served from April 6, 1841, to March 4, 1845. Died age 71. Buried at Holloywood, Richmond, Va. When he was notified he was president was found playing marbles known as “knucks” with some boys.
