DECATUR, Ga. — Alvin Wayne Scoggins, 59, of Decatur, Ga., passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory; mother, Leola Scoggins; daughter, Katrina Scoggins; siblings, Gregory Scoggins (Mercedes), Elbert Scoggins Jr., Charlene Estes and Janice Guiden (Billy); grandchild­ren, Mayai, Meagan and Anthony Jr.; special friend, Peggy Barnes and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 8, 2017, 2:30 p.m. at Mt. Olive M.B. Church, 1823 South Cedar Street, Little Rock. DELAWARE, Ohio — Phil Bradley, age 64 from Delaware Ohio, formerly from Cabot, Ark., went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; daughters Ella and Aaliyah; step-son Jeremy Junkin; grandson Elijah Junkin; parents William and Ernestine; sisters Debby Savary and husband Roy, Tammy Hicks and husband Joe; brothers James (Junior) and wife Paula, Joey and wife Kim; father-in-law Robert Conger; sister-in-law Karen Conger; nieces and nephews and many friends. Phil was born in Des Arc, Ark., on Feb. 27, 1953 and lived in Arkansas until moving to Ohio in 2012 where his wife worked.

Phil was an avid Razorback fan and loved his Hogs. Phil was an outstandin­g athlete and had a passion for softball, both playing and coaching. He decided late in life to pursue his dream of teaching and coaching. A celebratio­n of his life will be held July 15, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel Church, 163 Mt.
