Page of Presidents

The Page of Presidents was an advertising contest published in the Arkansas Gazette on May 16, 1917. Each of the 27 U.S. presidents to that date was sponsored by a Little Rock business. Each sponsor’s ad block included at least one misspelled word. Today we might have bonus boo boos. How many errors can you find? (Answers below.) RUTHERFORD B HAYES. Born November 19, 1831, Orange, Ohio. President age 49; served from March 4, 1881, to September 19, 1881, when assassinated by Guiteau, age 49. Buried Lave View cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio.
