Wildwood Place
Homes under construction in new subdivision
Offering a quiet setting that’s convenient to all the amenities of Chenal Valley in west Little Rock, Wildwood Place is a development of Deltic Timber Corp. that features upscale homes.
Construction is nearly complete on Phases 1 and 2, with only three new homes remaining. Just down the road, there are 20 homes nearing completion in Phases 3 and 4, and construction will soon begin on Phase 5. When complete, Wildwood Place will include about 250 homes, along with a neighborhood park and pool. One-level homes in Phase 3 range in size from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet, while 1.5-level homes are 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. New-home prices in the area range from $285,000 to $370,000.
Residents are served by a propertyowners association, and homes offer numerous luxurious amenities, including hardwood floors, crown molding and extra trimwork, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless-steel kitchen appliances and more.
Wildwood Place is adjacent to the Wildwood Park for the Arts, which offers opportunities for adults and children to discover the arts. Just down the road is Chenal Valley Elementary School, one of Pulaski County’s newest public schools, which provides education for children in kindergarten through the fifth grade.
The subdivision is also convenient to many retail, entertainment and business venues. In addition to specialty shops, The Promenade at Chenal offers professional services, fine- and casual-dining establishments, the Little Rock Chenal 9 theater with IMAX, and more. The Village at Rahling Road offers additional options for shopping and dining.
Several new homes in Wildwood Place will be open from 2 to 4 p.m. today. The entrance to Phases 3 and 4 is on Denny Road, just northwest of the subdivision’s main entrance.
