Page of Presidents was an advertisin­g contest published in the Arkansas Gazette on May 16, 1917. Each of the 27 U.S. presidents to that date was sponsored by a Little Rock business. Each sponsor’s ad block included at least one misspelled word. Today we might have bonus boo-boos. How many errors can you find? (Answers below.)

GROVER CLEVELAND.

Born March 18, 1837, Caldwell, N.J. President age 47; served March 4, 1885, to March 4, 1889, and again from March 4, 1893, to March 4, 1897. Died age 71. Buried Princeton, N.J. A man who ran his own administra­tion. It has stood the test of time and the most searching investigat­ions of scientists. Born January 29, 1843, Miles, Ohio. President age 53; served from March 4, 1897, to September 14, 1901, when he was Ohio. Good and noble man; will be remembered for generation­s to come.
