1 RUNNING “Sign of the Times: The Great American Political Poster

1844-2012,” an exhibit reflecting 170 years of political posters, opens Friday in Windgate Gallery, Center for Humanities and Arts, on the North Little Rock main campus of the UA-Pulaski Technical College. An opening night reception, 6-8 p.m. today, will include a 6:30 p.m. gallery talk by Hendrix College faculty member Jay Barth and music by Barry McVinney, saxophone, and Mark Binns, piano. The exhibit will be on display, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, through Sept. 20. Admission to the reception and exhibit are free.
