Chance to help others buy, sell homes is longtime dream for Terry

-

NORTH LITTLE ROCK — McKimmey Associates Realtors, located at 5317 John F. Kennedy Blvd., welcomes Martinious “Trenell” Terry to the team.

“I chose McKimmey because from the first day of speaking with the owners/brokers, I felt this is where I belong,” said Terry, who became a licensed Realtor in May. “They are very dedicated to training their agents and have opendoor policies to answer any questions to help better [the agents’] skills.”

Transitioning from a career as a sales representative to one as a Realtor is the realization of a longtime goal for Terry, who said he had wanted to work in the real estate field for many years but “always allowed other jobs to get in the way of my dream job.” Those years were not wasted, however; Terry said he learned valuable skills that will help him in his new endeavor.

“I learned how to provide A1 customer service to all clients and to follow through with everything to secure and close a deal,” he said.

“I like the fact that I am being a part of helping people find the perfect place to call home,” he said. “It is not about me. [My goal is] to always make the customer No. 1 and to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.”

Terry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association and the North Pulaski Board of Realtors.
