EDWARD LEE BELL JR., 55, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life September 1, 2017. He was preceded in death by his mother, Onetha Trice. Edward leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Victoria Bell; children, Adria (Terrance), Kerry (Quintessa) Enesha, Frederick, and Kiya, parents: Edward and Lela Bell Sr., 10 siblings, two grandchild­ren and a host of other relatives.

–––––❖––––– SUSAN L. CLARIDGE, 61, of Sherwood, died September 2, 2017, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born in San Fernando, Calif., to Jack and Marietta Hash on August 19, 1956. She is preceded in death by her father. Susan was a devout wife, mother and friend. She worked for Pulaski Tech in the payroll department.

Susan is survived by her husband of 26 years, David C. Claridge; son, Christophe­r D. Claridge; daughter, Caitlin R. Claridge both of Little Rock; mother, Marietta A. Gollihugh of Kernville, Calif.; two brothers, Jack Hash Jr. of Las Vegas, Nev., David Hash of Valencia, Calif.; and a host of extended family and friends.

–––––❖––––– IVOL REECE GREEN passed from this life on September 3, 2017 at the age of 79. A wonderful husband to Sharon Ann (Ball) Green who preceded him in death. A wonderful dad to five children, Kevin (Angelina) Green, Karen (Duane) Cummings, Kenneth (April) Green, Keith (Michelle) Green and Kerri (Mark) Smith; 19 grandchild­ren and seven great-grandchild­ren.

He served in the US Navy on the USS Lady and the USS Champlain. He was the owner for many years of KRG Family Restaurant in Little Rock.

He was also preceded in death by a granddaugh­ter Kaytee Smith and two brothers Junior and William Green. He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, and two brothers, Eugene and Tommy Green. He attended the First Pentecosta­l Church, North Little Rock, Ark.

She is survived by her two sons, Andrew Hyde II and Sean Murphy; her grandson, Artius Hyde; along with her parents, Dr. Ernest and Alice Ferris; her sister, Susan Ferris; and her two brothers, Paul and Donald Ferris; and two nephews, Joseph and Preston Ferris.

–––––❖––––– SYBLE INEZ TURNER, age 87, of North Little Rock passed away on September 4th, 2017. She was born on October 27, 1929; she was the daughter of Talmage Grady Jones and Eva Mae House Jones.

Syble retired from Little Rock Municipal Water Works and was a member of Sherwood First Church of the Nazarene. An avid reader, she enjoyed spending time curled up with books, magazines and Guideposts, always with an ice cold Coca Cola in hand. She loved spending time with her family and eating cheese dip from Mexico Chiquito.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and seven brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Vickie (Brian) Golden; granddaugh­ter, Megan Golden; grandson, Spencer Golden; and two sisters, Sue Yancey and Dorothy Morlan.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 7th, 2017 at Sherwood First Church of the Nazarene, 8800 Hwy 107, Sherwood, Ark. 72120. –––––❖––––– HELEN IRENE “AUNT TINY” WALTERS, 77, of Little Rock, Ark., was taken by the Captain of her soul aboard the eternal ship of Zion, September 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by: parents, Hattie and Sim Walters; brother, Cecil Walters.

Helen was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy never forgetting the honor due a U.S. Veteran. Helen was a very well cared for Veteran by the V.A. Hospital of LR for many years.

Helen leaves to cherish her memory: sister, Margie Stewart; nephews, Lynell Walters and Andrea Small; nieces, Brenda Jones, Deborah Small and Marsha Stewart; and a host of great nieces, nephews, fellow Veterans and V.A. Staff.
