Almost every room of this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home offers access to the east-facing back deck, which has an outdoor kitchen and overlooks beautiful Lake Hamilton.

The gated 0.50-acre property, at the tip of Mimosa Point in the heart of Hot Springs, offers easy access to Central Avenue and all the activities the city has to offer. In addition, there is an oversized two-stall boat dock and a private launch area.

A rock waterfall and a stream that flows past the front porch welcomes visitors to the home. Inside the front door, the tiled entryway steps down to the great room, which has a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows with a view of the lake. Beside the site-built brick fireplace are built-in bookcases and an entertainment center. Open to the great room for easy entertaining, the tiled kitchen has a vaulted ceiling. The workspace is fitted with oak cabinetry, a breakfast bar, an island with a wood butcher-block counter, undercabinet task lighting, an oven, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher and a trash compactor. The dining area is surrounded by windows and has a chandelier that coordinates with the kitchen’s double-pendant fixture.

The carpeted master bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a brick fireplace, built-in bookcases and a walk-in cedar closet, and opens to the back deck and hot-tub area. The ceramic-tiled bath offers his-and-hers vanities, a dressing table, a jetted tub that overlooks the lake, and a separate shower. At the opposite end of the home are three guest bedrooms, each with a private bath for added convenience; all of the baths have single vanities and tub/shower combinations. One of the bedrooms also opens to an office space and would be perfect for guest quarters.

Adding to the home’s appeal, there is a large wood-floored game room that comes complete with a pool table. The space is served by a wet bar that has an ice maker and a beverage fridge. Other amenities include a laundry room with builtins and a sink, a powder room, ceiling fans, recessed lighting, a sprinkler system, more than 400 feet of sea wall and more.

This house, located at 146 Mimosa Point in Hot Springs, has about 3,951 square feet and is listed for $1,175,000 with Brett Dingler of Coldwell Banker RPM, Hot Springs. No open house is planned for today. For more information or to schedule a private showing, call Dingler at 501-944-8100.
