The Heber Springs Panthers improved to 2-1 in 4A-2 play by holding off Central Arkansas Christian. Heber Springs scored 24 unanswered points in the second half to take a 31-13 lead heading into the fourth quarter. The CAC Mustangs scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns to cut the deficit to 31-28. Heber Springs’ Blaze Nelson scored three touchdowns. Rocky Finney caught a 50-yard touchdown pass, and Julian Cameron kicked a 27-yard field goal in the victory.
