Cynthia Dale Dornblaser became the bride of John David Blohm at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, in First United Methodist Church, Jacksonvil­le. The Rev. Nathan Kilbourne officiated.

Marcia and Jim Dornblaser of Jacksonvil­le are the parents of the bride. Her grandparen­ts are the late Vernelle and Oscar Gray of Jacksonvil­le and the late Dorothy Leonard and the late Owen Dornblaser, both of North Little Rock.

Parents of the groom are Susan and Doug Blohm of Stuttgart. He is the grandson of Frances and the late Bill Blohm of Stuttgart and the late Don and Hazel Harris of DeWitt.

The sanctuary was decorated with arrangemen­ts of Asiatic lilies, roses, Fuji chrysanthe­mums, bells of Ireland and curly willow. Music was by a string trio from Mills University Studies High School and vocalist Chase Burns.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory satin A-line gown with an overlay of lace-embroidere­d English net. The fitted strapless bodice had a sweetheart neckline and was embellishe­d with pearls and crystals and the skirt extended to a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of cream and white garden roses, freesia, stock and astilbe.

Serving as the bride’s honor attendants were Julie Hejny of Cabot, sister of the bride, and Jennifer Dornblaser of Jacksonvil­le, sister-inlaw of the bride.

Bridesmaid­s were Jenna Raymond of Simpsonvil­le, S.C.; Lauren Yarberry of Sherwood; Laney Kelley of Conway; and Madison Gray of Cabot, niece of the bride. They wore dark teal chiffon gowns with off-the-shoulder ruched bodices. Their bouquets were filled with cream and orange roses, lilies and stock.

Flower girls were Remy Dornblaser of Jacksonvil­le, niece of the bride, and Paisley Ellis of Stuttgart, niece of the groom. Ring bearers were Walker Hejny of Cabot, nephew of the bride and Paxton Ellis of Stuttgart, nephew of the groom.

Best man was Jef Blohm of Little Rock, twin brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Zack Borchert of Stuttgart, Keith Tucek of Cabot, Damon Borchert of Little Rock, Matt Kelley of Conway and Chance Jackson of North Little Rock. Guests were seated by Hunter and Rhett Dornblaser of Jacksonvil­le, nephews of the bride, and Parker Ellis of Stuttgart, nephew of the groom.

A reception at the Junior League of Little Rock Building was held after the ceremony. Tables were decorated with cream pumpkins, cream and orange wedding flowers and gold candelabra on dark teal table toppers.

The bride has a master’s degree in speech language pathology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and is a speech-language pathologis­t at Pathfinder­s Preschool in Jacksonvil­le.

The groom is a graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphi­a with a bachelor’s degree in mass media communicat­ion. He is a mortgage loan processor at Arkansas Federal Credit Union.

The couple will live in Jacksonvil­le after a honeymoon in Mexico.
