Maumelle subdivisions offer new home sites
New home sites are available in two of Maumelle’s most popular subdivisions — Osage Terrace (part of Osage Falls) and Maumelle Valley Estates.
There are five spots available in Phase 2B of Osage Terrace. Lots in Phase 2B are about half an acre in size and are priced from $35,000 to $70,000. The minimum size of new homes in the area is 2,500 square feet, and builders can customize each home to the buyer’s specifications, with features such as granite counters, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, walk-out basements, decks and more. A new phase, which will include at least 15 additional home sites, is scheduled to open soon. To reach the area, turn onto Manitou Drive from Odom Boulevard South, and turn left on Maumelle Valley Drive.
Phase 17 of Maumelle Valley Estates now has 21 home sites available, as well as two newly completed homes. Lots vary in size, from 0.26 acres to 0.92 acres, with prices ranging from $55,000 to $68,000, and the minimum size of new homes is 1,900 square feet. Buyers may choose from four-bedroom/three-and-ahalf-or five-bedroom/four-bath floor plans, and area builders will allow buyers to choose high-end finishes such as granite counters, hardwood floors and more. To reach the area, turn left on Maumelle Valley Drive from Odom Boulevard South, and go to the end.
The city of Maumelle offers two golf courses, two lakes, a city park, numerous playgrounds, miles of paved walking and cycling paths, and many shopping, dining and business venues.
