LULA FRANCES RAMSEY, 81, of Mabelvale, passed away December 18, 2017, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born November 17, 1936, in Louisville, Mississipp­i, to the late Barney and Ester Pope Franklin. She worked as an inspector for Philips Lighting Company for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Cicero Ramsey; two sons: Larry L. (Jannetta) Duran and David R. (Pat) Pepper; seven grandchild­ren and seven great grandchild­ren. She is preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jane Marie Dorn; two brothers and five sisters.

–––––❖––––– RANDY DOYNE SILER, age 57, of Little Rock, formerly of Pleasant Plains, died Wednesday, December 20, 2017, in Little Rock. He was born November 10, 1960, in Batesville to Doyne Siler and Bonnie Pearson Siler. He was of the Baptist faith and employed by UPS.

He is survived by Shea Siler; mother, Bonnie Siler; sister, Debbie Smith and husband Ronnie; brother, Ricky Siler and wife Leann; three nephews, Clint Siler, Tyler Lilley, Cullen Walker; four nieces, Dana Cox, Lindsey Nichols, Katie Walker, Hannah Walker; four great-nephews; and one great-niece. He is preceded in death by his father, Doyne Siler; infant sister, Sherry Siler; and one niece, Mallory Money.

Visitation is Friday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home.
