1 FEATHERS Salute feathered things that fly as Pinnacle Mountain State Park celebrates National Bird Day with crafts, activities and programs, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday. Admission is free. 2 FINE ART The Arkansas Arts Council’s 2018 Small Works on Paper exhibit opens today at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, 501 W. Ninth St., Little Rock, and continues through Jan. 27.
