Arkansas Heart Hospital acquires Malvern Diagnostic Clinic

MALVERN — Arkansas Heart Hospital recently added the Malvern Diagnostic Clinic to the hospital’s network of community clinics. Arkansas Hear t Hospit a l Cl ini c - Malvern Diagnostic Clinic will continue to serve as a primary-care clinic and will now add cardiology to its list of service lines. Arkansas Heart Hospital phys icians wil l lead the Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic-Malvern Diagnostic Clinic, along with Dr. Dylan Thaxton, Dr. Bruce K. Burton and Amy Miller, advanced practice nurse. The clinic will offer cardiac care, including heart screenings, heart - disease testing, vein and vascular care, and more.

Thaxton, a family-practice specialist in Malvern, graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in 2005, having more than 12 years of diverse experience, especially in family practice.

Bur ton, an internal - med i c ine specialist in Malvern, graduated from the UAMS College of Medicine in 1978, having over 39 years of diverse experience, especially in internal medicine.
