Senate Bill 30 would authorize the use of $8.2 billion in state and federal funds by the Department of Human Services’ Division of Medical Services in fiscal 2019, which starts July 1.The appropriat­ion includes spending authority for the state’s Medicaid expansion called Arkansas Works.The bill passed 27-2.
