A teenager who police say showed up at Boyle Park with her mother, both of them armed with crowbars, and helped start a melee that left seven people injured last week has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault and inciting a riot, police said Thursday. Kelliee Williams, 18, was arrested at 10 a.m. Wednesday, after turning herself in at the Little Rock police headquarters, police spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings said. Williams’ mother, Lisa Williams Davidson, is also wanted on the same charges, but police have been unable to find her, Hastings said. Police said 20 to 30 people, including students from J.A. Fair and Hall high schools, had gathered at the park the afternoon of Feb. 26 when the brawl broke out.
