Since 1963, George Kell Motors has maintained customer loyalty and a family atmosphere through positive customer representation and far-reaching knowledge of the business.
Owner Dean Sides said that while times change, he and the team at George Kell Motors continue to do their best to keep customers happy and allow them to get everything they need done at the dealership.
GKM has earned its customer loyalty throughout the years largely in part from its customer service and the additional assistance offered onsite, including window tinting, sprayin truck-bed liners and a full line of accessories — including wheels, tires, lift kits, lighting and more — making it a one stop, do-it-all dealership.
“The company’s core busines s revolves around repeat customers,” Sides said. “Because we don’t have a huge population of buyers, we have to make sure we take care of those who chose to buy from us.”
He said repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth referrals are the best advertising the business has.
“We have always gone above and beyond the norm to satisfy our customers, and with the addition of the new refreshment bar, customer lounge and kids’ lounge, with its own TV and saltwater aquarium, we feel like we can do an even better job,” he said.
GKM also prides itself on having topnotch manufacturer-recommended parts in order to maintain a vehicle’s optimum performance.
