NORMA JEAN ARMAN, 86, was born in Hope, Arkansas on September 1, 1931. She went to Heaven on Sunday, May 27, 2018. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church for 49 years.

Norma was preceded in death by her mother, Eva Guilliams; husband, Thurman; and her granddaugh­ter, Melissa Arman. She is survived by three sons, Ricky (Kathy), Gary, and Steven Arman. She had eight grandchild­ren and twelve great-grandchild­ren.

Norma loved her family and they loved her dearly. Her grandsons will be her pallbearer­s: Jason, Dennis, Greg, Christophe­r and Selby Arman and her grandson-in-law, Christophe­r Powers.

Her family wishes to thank the staff at Sherwood Nursing and Rehabilita­tion for the excellent care given to her for the past 16 months.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years; Suellen, one brother; William Harroll Henry (Linda), one sister; Deborah Henry Bell (Danny) and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Rock. He leaves behind his life’s love, Megan E. Wooster, his daughter, Katherine Anne Holitik, and his son,

Holitik Jr. He is survived by his parents, Dr. and Mrs. George F. Holitik, and Mrs. Cornelia Brandon Ellingson of Little Rock, siblings, Christophe­r W. Holitik of Fayettevil­le, Kay Holitik Maris and Melissa Holitik Plato of Little Rock, and W. Andrew Holitik of Chicago, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Born and raised in Little Rock, Mr. Holitik attended Marion Military Academy, and was a graduate of Little Rock Central High. His love for the Natural State drew him to the University of Arkansas, where he received his bachelors degree in communicat­ions, and a law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. His solid beliefs in the legal system and his desire to help those in need led him to multiple fields as a general practition­er. His affinity for family law, and class action lawsuits evolved into a partnershi­p with the firm of Hale, Holitik, and Young in Marion, Arkansas.

A devoted friend, and loving father, Robert found joy in exploring the beauty of nature, which he shared with and passed on to his children. Conservati­on of the wetlands, Ducks Unlimited, and animal rescue were just a few of the many causes he embraced and supported. His positivity and kindness will be remembered and missed by all who knew him.

He was a member of First Assembly of God in North Little Rock, served in the Army during World War II and was honorably discharged in November 1944. A.J. spent 35 years at Veterans Administra­tion Hospital, Fort Roots in North Little Rock and during those years he also sold cars at Jennings Motors and Balch Motors in Little Rock at night and on weekends. After retiring from the V.A. he spent 23 years at Arch Street Fire Department in Little Rock from 1974-1997 and was a Fire chief for many of those years.

James was a Veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict. For 35 years, James served the Arkansas Baptist Convention as a BSU (Baptist Student Union) Director at SAU, UCA, UALR and UAMS. After retiring, James was a volunteer for AARP, the Clinton Library and served as an on-call Chaplain at the VA. He loved to travel and spend time on the open road in their RV from campground to campground. He was a long-time member of Pulaski Heights Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school and served as a Deacon.

Charles served in the United States Navy during World War II, was a 32nd degree Mason, Scottish Rite for 50 years, retired from ETMF and ABF as a truck driver for 34 years, volunteere­d at the Benton Senior Center, employed by Reynolds and was a member of Holland Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Letha Deaver Jackson Brown; their children, Karen Brown Ratliff of Jacksonvil­le, Eddie Jackson and his wife, Jennifer, of Nixa, Mo., David Brown and his wife, Denise, of Elko, Nevada, Linnea Brown Udochi and her husband, Ben, of Conway, Tim Jackson of Morrilton, William “Ray” Brown of Bentonvill­e, and Melissa Jackson Hayes and her husband, Roger, of Morrilton; 22 grandchild­ren; 18 great-grandchild­ren; and one great-great-grandchild.

He was born May 20, 1933, in Morrilton, Arkansas, to Raymond and Dorothy Brown. He graduated from Morrilton High School and from Ouachita Baptist University. He continued his studies at Southern Baptist Theologica­l Seminary and later earned his Doctor of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary.

Bill Brown’s greatest achievemen­t was his work to advance the cause of Christ. He knew Jesus intimately, studied the Bible diligently, and taught God’s truth with conviction, wisdom, and love. Bill served as pastor all over the state of Arkansas throughout nearly seven decades, including churches in Bigelow, Plumervill­e, Crossett, Jacksonvil­le, and Morrilton. He preached countless revivals all over the country, and tirelessly visited hospitals and the sick. He served as chaplain for the Arkansas State Legislatur­e. For over 30 years he held weekly church services at Petit Jean State Park for campers. He wrote weekly articles for the local paper, and in recent years developed a Facebook ministry through which he wrote and posted daily devotional­s that were read and shared by countless thousands all over the globe. Bill gave his entire life to the service of the gospel and people.

Bill was a man of many interests and talents. He loved music, and was a talented singer. He was an excellent and lifelong athlete, and never met a sport he couldn’t play. He enjoyed hunting and fishing on his property near Perryville. He and his wife, Letha, enjoyed yearly trips to Durango, Colo., and Navarre, Fla., to marvel at the beauty of God’s creation. Nothing thrilled him more than spending time with his many children and grandchild­ren. He had a great sense of humor, and loved laughing and sharing stories with family and friends. His life was marked by the way he loved all people.

Bluff High School in 1957 and continued her education at Capital City Business School.

Jerry worked in the banking industry as an Administra­tive Assistant for over 40 years. After retiring from banking, she worked for County Judge Jack Jones at the Jefferson County Courthouse. Jerry married George Reap on November 23, 1962, in Pine Bluff.

She was a member of First Christian Church and a former member and past president of the Pilot Club of Pine Bluff. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jerry was quick to offer stories about the adventures and accomplish­ments of granddaugh­ter Anna. “Busting her buttons” over her greatest joy.

Jerry is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, George Reap of Pine Bluff; daughter, Stacy Bradford and husband Melvin of North Little Rock; and granddaugh­ter Anna Bradford of North Little Rock. In addition to her parents, Jerry is preceded in death by her son, Scott George Reap.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Home in Pine Bluff. SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Raymond Earnest Robinson aka Ray Rob was born on June 10, 1957, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late John H. Robinson Sr. and Charlene Robinson. Raymond was one of eight children. He received his formal education at Ralph Bunche Elementary School and graduated from Benton Senior High School in 1975.

After graduating high school Raymond enlisted in the United States Navy where he served his country proudly. Following his discharge from the Navy Raymond went to work at Nassco as a welder. He then went to work at Price Right Pharmacy for 10 years.

Raymond was blessed with four sons, Ramon, Stephen Sr., Tomar, and Rayshad Robinson. He was a loving father and grandfathe­r.

Raymond was a lover of life. He enjoyed socializin­g, laughter, and making sure everyone around him was happy. He loved watching football, basketball, and boxing. He truly enjoyed his life to the fullest. On May 22, 2018, after a tough battle with Cancer Raymond was called home to eternal rest.

He was preceded in death by his father, John H. Robinson, his mother, Charlene Robinson and brother, Clarence Duckworth. He leaves to cherish his memory four loving and devoted sons, Ramon Robinson of Dallas, Texas, Stephen Robinson Sr. of Sacramento, Calif., Tomar Robinson and Rayshad Robinson both of San Diego, Calif.; three grandchild­ren, Armani (Popo) Robinson, Shayla Robinson, and Stephen Robinson Jr.; his siblings, Jonnie Reeves of Reynoldsbu­rg, Ohio, Joyce Porter of Spring Valley, Calif., Shirley Burgess, and Roberta Jones both of Little Rock, Arkansas, John Robinson Jr. of Lemon Grove, Calif., Ronald Robinson of Sherwood, Arkansas; his aunt Rebecca Holman of Hemet, Calif.; his companion Gloria Bush of San Diego, Calif.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Also mourning his death are his very loving and devoted friends of over 40 years Dwight Stinson, Gary Dale Jones, Michael Robinson, Tanya Beal, and Ronald King.
