Anniversaries

Mabel and Nathaniel Saine Jr. of Little Rock celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church with a cocktail hour, dinner for 300 and entertainment by Tawanna Campbell. The couple were married Nov. 2, 1968. She is the former Mabel Zyene Mosley. He is a semiretired contractor, bail bondsman and insurance adjuster. They are the parents of Felecia S. Saine of Springdale and Keith L. Saine, Natasha T. Saine, Kenoris Saine, Kenric Saine, the late Kipkeno Saine and the late Kenon Saine, all of Little Rock. The couple have 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Betty and Dr. Robert Lee Hill of Hot Springs will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married July 12, 1958. She is the former Betty Lee Garrott. He is a surgeon retired from Surgery Associates of Hot Springs. They are the parents of Beth Schmitz of Tulsa and Linley Carroll of Little Rock. They have five grandchildren.

Betty Sue and Gene Daily of Maumelle celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple were married July 7, 1958. She is the former Betty Sue Taylor and retired from Southwestern Bell/AT&T. He retired from Western Electric/Nokia.

Vicky and Lyndell Guen Beard of Alexander will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married July 12, 1968. She is the former Vicky Smith and a retired secretary. He retired from Northern Oil Co.

Laurel and Kenneth R. Fischbach of Cabot celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. She is the former Laurel K. Olson and a retired alcohol safety specialist. He retired from the Air Force as a C-130 pilot.

Marcia and Fay Van Valkenburgh III of Conway celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married June 28, 1968. They are both retired.
