RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Joseph Carroll Collins, 77, formerly of Cabot, passed away July 1, 2018, in Riverside, California. He was born November 19, 1940, in Cabot to the late Otha Ernest and Letcy Obera Nickles Collins.
Joe was preceded in death by his brother, William Nickles Collins. Survivors include sister, Clytie Ingle; nephews, Charles Edward Finley Jr., William N. Collins Jr. and Otha Ernest Collins II.
