Brian Eisele has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of the Clarksville-Johnson County Chamber of Commerce and will assume his new role Aug. 20.

Eddie Mraz has been hired by the Little Rock Regional Chamber as the Director of Business Retention and Expansion. Vena Schexnayder has been named the marketing and business development manager at Quapaw House Inc. ENGINEERING Craig Pierce has been named the Deputy District Engineer for Program and Project Management for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District. FINANCE Lawson Hembree has been promoted to First Vice President at Merrill Lynch and is based in the company’s Fort Smith office. GAMBLING Bruce Jones and Scott Frederick have both been promoted to Oaklawn’s Senior Management Team. HEALTHCARE Daniel J. Riley has been named the chief financial officer at Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care. MEDICAL Dr. Kelly-Ann Patrice has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as a neurologist specializing in stroke care. She treats patients in the Medical Center as well as the Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute’s Neurology Clinic. Dr. Ashish Tikotekar has joined CHI St. Vincent and is seeing patients at CHI St. Vincent Pulmonology Clinic in Little Rock and at CHI St. Vincent Multispecialty Clinic-North in Sherwood.
