Come home to west Little Rock neighborho­od

Offering a quiet setting that is convenient to all the amenities of Chenal Valley in west Little Rock, Wildwood Place is a developmen­t of PotlatchDe­ltic that features upscale homes. The subdivisio­n is located just off Denny Road, near Wildwood Park for the Arts.

When complete, the Wildwood Place subdivisio­n will include about 275 homes, along with a neighborho­od park and a pool.

One-level homes range in size from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet, while 1.5-level homes are 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. New-home prices in the area range from $299,900 to $375,000. Homebuyers will discover a variety of architectu­ral styles, from modern Craftsman to traditiona­l French Country.
