In a new episode called “Something Beautiful,” Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) puts a decidedly risky plan into motion, while Kim (Rhea Seehorn) continues pondering what her future holds, and whether it includes Jimmy. Elsewhere, following a shift in alliances, an uneasy Nacho (Michael Mando) becomes all too aware that he has landed in the crosshairs of someone dangerous.

8 p.m. on Food Network Kids Baking Championsh­ip

While fooling around in the kitchen, Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli impulsivel­y decide to create an ice cream sandwich that incorporat­es a doughnut, which gives them a flash of inspiratio­n for a new episode called “Ice Screamers.” They present a challenge to the young bakers that tasks the youngsters with turning unconventi­onal components like waffles, brownies and cupcakes into ice cream sandwiches.

9 p.m. on AMC Lodge 49

In a new episode called “Corpus,” Dud (Wyatt Russell) and his sister, Liz (Sonya Cassidy), try to hold their emotions in check as they hold a memorial for their late father. Elsewhere and on a much happier note, after several previous disappoint­ments Ernie and Connie (Brent Jennings, Linda Emond) finally manage to steal a weekend alone together.

9 p.m. on Food Network Reality Cupcakes

It’s Fleet Week, and Ashley Foxen knows that returning sailors are hungry for tastes that they associate with home, so she makes hot wing and mac-and-cheese cupcakes that leave her seafaring customers unsure whether they’re enjoying an appetizer or a dessert in the new episode “Cupcake Comfort Food.” Later, in Times Square, Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson takes pleasure in a cupcake that captures the quintessen­tial flavor of a New York pizza slice.

9:02 p.m. on TLC Little Life on the Prairie

Lauren and Nate Webnar, as well as their 4-year-old daughter, Juniper, all were born with a condition known as achondropl­asia dwarfism, but that hasn’t stunted their dreams in this new unscripted series. The six episodes in Season 1 follow the Webnars as they abandon big-city life in California in favor of a rustic farm existence in Arizona. Lauren and Nate also decide to expand their family further, even though their physician advises such a move might entail some medical hazards.
