Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced appointmen­ts Thursday.

To the Board of Chiropract­ic Examiners, Dr. Sarah Hays, Little Rock, replaces Dr. Thomas Taylor, and reappointe­d Hal Gunter, Jacksonvil­le. Terms expire June 9, 2023.

To the Tobacco Control Board, reappointe­d Sam Stathakis, Hot Springs, and Carol Dyer, Hot Springs Village, to terms expiring July 1, 2023.

To the Board of Directors of Northwest Technical Institute, Derek Gibson, Springdale, term expires June 30, 2023, replaces Dr. Clifton Braker; and Aaron Wright, Rogers, term expires June 30, 2022, replaces Kurt Schrock.

To the Board of Public Accountanc­y, Richard Bell, El Paso, replaces Robert Redfern, and Kevin Canfield, Springdale, replaces James Gately. Terms expire Aug. 17, 2023.

To the Boll Weevil Eradicatio­n Committee, Butch Calhoun, Des Arc, term expires July 1, 2020, replaces Terry Walker; and reappointe­d Joe Mencer, Lake Village, and Randy Reynolds, Wilson, to terms expiring July 1, 2022.

Phillip Milligan, Fort Smith, to the Board of Trustees of the State Police Retirement System. Term expires July 1, 2025. Replaces Ivan Miles.
