2018. She was born February

9, 1933, in Russellvil­le, Arkansas, to Kennard

H. Chandler, Sr. and Viola Rorex Chandler. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Kennard Chandler, Jr. and nephew, Ken Chandler III.

She is survived by niece, LouAnn Howell and husband Pat and their children, Emily and Wyatt, Ruth Chandler and her daughter Ruth Anne Godwin and her husband Clint and their children Tyler and Ella; two chosen sisters and lifelong friends, Mamie Brooks and her children Jeff and Joseph, and Mary Ann Lanthier and her children, Melessa and Kerry. Many friends she gained during her walk through this life.

Mary’s career included working at MM Cohn Company, the Bank of Cabot, and in Morrilton working with her aunt and uncle Ed and Lee’O Cross at Cross Auto Supply. She later returned to Cabot, working several years for Remington Arms Company until she retired.

Visitation will be Friday, November 9, at 9 a.m. with funeral services at 10 a.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills in North Little Rock. –––––❖––––– SALLY CHOATE MOLLESTON died on November 4, 2018 in Little Rock, Ark. Sally was born in St. Louis, Mo., on September 12, 1929 to Thomas Harvey Choate and Bertha Chanitz Choate.

Sally graduated from Tuckerman High School and the University of Missouri with a degree in Journalism. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Her husband, Jerry was in the Navy and Sally and Jerry lived in Chicago, San Diego, Long Beach and San Francisco. Sally put her journalism degree to use in the growing television industry. After she and Jerry moved back to Newport to have a family, Sally taught journalism at Newport High School and taught reading and English in the Junior High. She finished her teaching career as the Junior High librarian for St. Joseph’s Catholic School in Pine Bluff.

A lifelong Methodist, Sally was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock where she attended the Agape Sunday School class and took her turn teaching the class. She was also an avid bridge player playing with the St. James Bridge group and several other bridge groups.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerald Grimes Molleston, Sr.; her son, Robert Parker Molleston; and her brother, Thomas Harvey Choate Jr. She is survived by her sons, Jerald Grimes Molleston Jr. (Margaret), Michael Choate Molleston (Shelley) and Jeffrey Thomas Molleston (Jennifer); her grandchild­ren, Jerome Michael Molleston (Eva), Elizabeth Helen Molleston, McKenlie Jade Graham, Chanitz Grimes Molleston, Jessica Margaret Molleston, Jacob Thomas Molleston, Julia Katelyn Molleston and Jenna Grace Molleston, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

2018. She was a loving mother, wife and friend.

Beth was born in Pueblo, Colo., on January 27,

James Harlan and Mary Louise Rogers Rhodes. She married the love of her life, James A. Russenberg­er on September 20, 1963. She was a faithful member of Winfield United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Linda Carole Rhodes. Beth is survived by her husband, Jim Russenberg­er; daughters, Kristen Thompson (Stephen) of Little Rock and Andrea Russenberg­er of Benton; grandchild­ren, Erika, James and Savannah Thompson all of Little Rock; and brother, James Rhodes (Barbara) of Lakeside, Ariz.
