Loren Shackelford has been promoted to market president/chief lending officer of Chambers Bank’s Northern Division.

Carolyn Hottinger has joined First Security Mortgage as a mortgage loan originator for the Russellville/Clarksville region; Kristen Jeffery has joined First Security Bank in Russellville as a loan assistant; and Rance Looney has joined First Security Bank in Russellville as senior vice president — lender.

CONSTRUCTION

Justin Brodnax has been named senior project manager at CDI Contractors.

Dr. Brian Wintle has joined Crist Engineers Inc. of Little Rock as project manager.

MARKETING

Patrick Laughlin has been hired as the new chief operating officer, and Sarah

McPheeters has been hired as a marketing associate and copy editor, both at iProv.

MEDICAL

Dr. Janell Vinson has joined Baptist Health Pediatric Clinic-Conway. Dr. Lawrence Greiten has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine as a cardiothoracic surgeon and will practice at the Heart Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
