Find somebody else

Is there not another syndicated columnist with parenting “advice” in this country that the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

can run besides John Rosemond? I enjoy reading words of wisdom, but please, find another expert who does more than berate today’s parents for mistakes.

Rosemond heaps blame on modern parents for all kinds of sins caused by what he claims are the errors of today’s child-raising.

He is quick to throw shade on children’s legitimate diagnoses, claiming they did not have those things when he was a child due to better parenting. He hearkens back to a time 50 years ago when things were handled better, forgetting to see through his rosecolored glasses the mistakes that were surely made then.

His columns are hard to stomach and are a waste of newspaper real estate. Please find something that is less of an eye-roll to parents trying to do the best they can.
