Thanksgiving Day closings

The following state, federal and local government offices’ schedules may be affected by the Thanksgiving Day Holiday Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018.

Cammack Village: Thursday’s routes will run today.

Jacksonville: Both Wednesday and Thursday routes ran Wednesday.

Little Rock: Thursday’s routes will be picked up today. Today’s routes will be picked up Saturday. Little Rock Recycling: Thursday’s routes will be picked up today. Today’s routes will be picked up Saturday. Maumelle: Today’s routes will be picked up Monday, Nov. 26. North Little Rock: Thursday’s routes will be picked up today. Today’s routes will be picked up Saturday.

Sherwood: Thursday’s route was picked up early, on Wednesday; today’s routes will be picked up Monday, Nov. 26. Wrightsville: Regular schedule. Unincorporated areas of Pulaski County:

North of the river: Thursday’s routes will be picked up today. Today’s routes will be picked up Saturday.

South of the river: Thursday’s routes will be picked up today. Today’s routes will be picked up Saturday.

GOVERNMENT OFFICES

Cammack Village: Offices are closed today. Jacksonville: Offices are closed today. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority: Offices are closed today. Little Rock: Offices are open today. Maumelle: Offices are closed today. North Little Rock: Offices are closed today. Sherwood: Offices are closed today. Wrightsville: Offices are closed today.

Pulaski County: Offices are closed today. Pulaski County Courthouse: Offices are closed today. State: Offices are closed today. Federal: Offices are open today.

State Capitol: Offices are closed today, but the building will be open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Little Rock 311 Services: Offices

are open today. Offices are open today and all routes will run as scheduled.

Central Arkansas Library System: Closed today and Sunday. Open regular hours Saturday. North Little Rock Laman Library: Closed today and Sunday. Open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. Clinton Presidential Center:

Open regular hours today.

SCHOOLS

Jacksonville North Pulaski: School is out of session and offices are closed all week. Little Rock: School is out of session all week, and offices are closed today. North Little Rock: School is out of session all week, and offices are closed today.

Pulaski County Special: School is out of session all week, and the district’s central offices are closed today.

ROCK REGION METRO

Buses and River Rail streetcars will run normal routes and schedules today, but offices will be closed.

CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER PARKING

The Friday after Thanksgiving is always a free day for metered parking and timed spaces under the city’s parking ordinance. Metered parking at the airport will be enforced at all times.
