SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Lewis Blakely (Blake) Senter, age 96, of Sacramento, Calif., born in Coal Hill, Arkansas on September 5, 1922, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2018. As the youngest of three children, he is preceded in death by his sister, Greta Sanders, brother, Robert Senter, niece, Vola Jane Hawkes, and nephew, Blake Saunders.

He is survived by nieces, Lisa ElDabaje, Susan Phillips, Melissa Shine, and Ellen Denny. He is survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews and great-greatgreat nieces. He is survived by special cousins, William Thomas Blackburn and Sara Lou Sieker. He was especially proud of all of his friends, many of longstandi­ng years.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administra­tion from the University of Texas, Austin. He proudly served in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after 30 years of service. He fought in three wars; WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He flew the P-38 during WWII, the C-119 in the Korean war, and the C-130 in Vietnam. He fulfilled his passion for flying and for traveling the world. He never tired of experienci­ng or reminiscin­g about the wonders of the world. He enjoyed showing his family the sights of California. He had a passion for cars, and never lost his interest in going to car shows and seeing all of the latest models. He stayed active and health conscious throughout his life. His never ending curiosity and sense of humor contribute­d to his magnetic personalit­y. He loved to laugh with his friends and family, who were all so very important to him. He was a loyal family man and friend. He was always willing to offer help to those in need. He requested that his remains be donated to the University of California School of Medicine in Davis, CA. A marker in his memory will lie next to his parents, Iris and Robert Senter, at Roselawn Cemetery in Little Rock, Arkansas. The family acknowledg­es the tender care provided to him at Jones Care Home in Elk Grove, California.

FORT WORTH, Texas — Mitzi Mims Webb, 73, passed away December 2, 2018. Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2018, Edgewood Memorial Park, 4200 Division Street, North Little Rock, Ark. 72118.

Mitzi was born on February 14, 1945, in Little Rock, Arkansas, beloved daughter to Joseph Kenneth Webb and Mildred Emma Mims Webb. Mitzi was a friendly outgoing person who loved to be with people, always adapted to her situation without complainin­g. She loved music, singing, dancing, and church activities. Mitzi was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in North Little Rock.

At her passing, Mitzi resided at Bethesda Gardens Memory Care Community in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to that, Mitzi spent many happy years at the Arc of Arkansas Trinity Court Apartments in Little Rock.

Mitzi is survived by her brother, Joe Bert Webb; nephews, John Joseph Webb and Mark Robert Webb; and niece, Judith Kay Blanchette; cousins, Barbara Lankford, Carl Powell, Jerry Wilbourn and Kathy Jolly.
