For 55 years, Lackie Drug Store has worked to be the most trusted and reliable health care advocate for patients in Lonoke.

“Local independent pharmacies serve on the front lines of health care and have a unique opportunity to improve and impact people’s lives,” said Brandon Achor, owner and pharmacist.

He added that patient experience is a top priority for the pharmacy, which was the first in the state to offer instore testing for flu and strep throat. The store also offers full prescriptionmedication services, vaccinations, vitamins and gift items, as well as a drive-thru and free delivery.

The team of licensed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians has more than 30 years of collective pharmacy experience, Achor said, adding that patients have direct access to staff and pharmacists at the store without making appointments or waiting in line.

“We understand that illness is a very intimate process,” he said, “and we know our patients achieve better health outcomes when they see how committed we are to treating them as family, not just as customers.”

Achor said he enjoys spending quality time with his patients, adding that he works to give each person his full attention and offer sound recommendations.

“We understand that taking care of people is more than simply providing a product,” he said. “We pride ourselves on personal service and helping all the family members of our community achieve better health.”
